GALLMET-Extra * 60 capsules of bile acids, enzymes and herbs
How can GALLMET EXTRA help?
- Supplementing bile acids: They support fat digestion and nutrient absorption, as well as contributing to the maintenance of gut flora balance. Particularly recommended in cases of gallstones and after gallbladder surgery.
- Supporting protein breakdown: Performed by papain and bromelain enzymes, alleviating bloating and digestive discomfort.
- Breakdown of fats and carbohydrates: The lipase and amylase enzymes improve the digestion of fats and carbohydrates, contributing to energy production and easier digestion. Soya lecithin also emulsifies fats.
- Pancreas support: Taking digestive enzymes and bile acids may alleviate symptoms of pancreatic diseases and speed up recovery.
- Helping lactose digestion: The lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty breaking down milk sugar, thus helping to prevent discomfort after consuming dairy products.
- Targeted reduction of bloating and gas: The alpha-galactosidase enzyme aids in the breakdown of complex carbohydrates found in legumes (beans, lentils) and cruciferous vegetables (e.g., broccoli, cauliflower). Yarrow extract is a traditionally used ingredient for relieving mild, spasmodic digestive complaints and symptoms of bloating.
- Rapid mechanism of action: The enzyme combination (lactase, alpha-galactosidase), taken before meals, takes effect within 15-30 minutes, providing immediate relief.

- Alleviating digestive and biliary problems after gallbladder surgery and in case of gallstones: bloating, diarrhea or constipation, pale stools, aching under the right rib cage, stabbing pain radiating to the back.
- Dissolving gallstones: so-called soft cholesterol stones up to 15 mm can be dissolved by consuming bile acids.
- Supporting digestion: one of the most important functions of bile acids is the breakdown of fats: breaking down oil and fat into tiny particles. They also activate lipase, the fat-splitting enzyme, which accelerates the breakdown and absorption of fats and oils in the body.
- Reflux: improper bile function can cause irritation at the junction of the stomach and small intestine, resulting in heartburn and reflux-like symptoms. Supplementing bile acids can help regularize bile flow, alleviating reflux.
- Intestinal inflammation and gut flora imbalance: due to a lack of bile acids, fats decompose through putrefaction, which can lead to inflammation and disruption of the gut flora balance in the long term. This can cause pain, cramps, and allow inappropriate microorganisms to colonize and multiply in the intestines. Bile acid supplementation improves the condition of the intestinal system and can reduce inflammation.
- Digestive enzyme deficiency: diseases, hereditary factors, and an unbalanced diet (e.g., consuming too much fatty or oily food, excessive sugar consumption, vegetarian diet) can lead to a deficiency of proper digestive enzymes. The most important enzymes are found in the GALLMET Extra product: papain, bromelain, alpha-amylase, lipase.
- High cholesterol level: None of our cells can break down the excess cholesterol ingested with food. Approx. 20-30% of it is converted into bile acids, which are excreted with feces. Therefore, the intake of bile acids can facilitate the reduction of excess cholesterol.
- Psoriasis and certain skin problems: due to bile acid deficiency, endotoxins (internal toxins produced from bacterial breakdown) can enter the bloodstream, causing inflammation and allergy-like symptoms on the skin, such as psoriasis or eczema. Bile acids break down these endotoxins, thus helping to reduce inflammation and alleviate skin problems.
- Pancreas support: The treatment of pancreatic diseases is a medical task; however, taking digestive enzymes and bile acids may alleviate the symptoms of the diseases and speed up recovery.
- Biliary migraine: proven biliary migraine appears at the right temple and eye socket. In this case, the headache is very often accompanied by nausea and vomiting. In case of such symptoms, it is also worth consuming a product containing bile acids.
"In November 2024, I developed a very serious gallbladder infection. Medical tests revealed that I had gallstones, and urgent gallbladder removal was recommended. Fortunately, I immediately found Gallmet capsules, first taking Mixet and then later Extra continuously. Ten months have passed since then, and my symptoms have completely disappeared. The product is excellent, it worked very well for me, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with a similar problem. Best regards and thanks," D. Bertalanné
"Dear Gallmet!
I am very satisfied with your products, especially with Gallmet Extra since it also contains digestive enzymes, which has significantly improved my well-being. I started taking it a few years ago due to gallstones, as my gallbladder is full of stones and I don't want surgery. First Gallmet N, then Gallmet Mix, and now Gallmet Extra since it became available. I have also taken the blood vessel cleanser and C-vitamin with echinacea as prevention. I can only recommend your products.
With gratitude: Katalin"
"Hello, I started taking Gallmet Extra at the beginning of August 2024. I found it 1 year after my biliary surgery. It worked for me! No bloating, my digestion has settled, comfort feeling has changed for the better!" T. Maria
"I have been taking GALLMET capsules for 2 years. I had numerous biliary polyps, between 3 and 8 mm. On the last ultrasound the doctor only saw just 1 piece 5 mm polyp. My digestion has also improved." Hedvig V. B.
"After gallbladder surgery, the lack of bile acid causes a lot of bad symptoms, especially skin problems and allergies, because the lack of gall bladder means there is no place for the body to store bile. Therefore, toxic substances accumulate because one of the functions of bile acid is to break them down in the body. I had surgery 20 years ago. I could tell you about all the problems I had during that time, which of course the doctors forget to tell you. I recently found the perfect bile acid replacement product, GALLMET capsules, and I'm back to normal after all these years." Zita L.
"I have been taking GALLMET-Natural for a week. I had gall bladder surgery 25 years ago. I had constant burning in my stomach. After a week my digestion has improved significantly and I don't experience heartburn. I started taking it carefully, one capsule a day in the morning, and I can still feel the benefits." Mary B.
