Enterosolvent food supplement capsules containing natural bile acids and herbs to support digestion and bile function.

Ingredients: dried bovine bile (ox bile); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; herbal extracts: peppermint leaf, white horehound, marshmallow root, liquorice, fennel; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; capsule shell: gellan gum.
- Peppermint contributes to the healthy functioning of the intestinal tract and stomach, supporting the intestinal microflora.
- White horehound helps to relax the intestinal tract, contributes to healthy digestion and normal functioning of the liver and bile.
- Licorice supports healthy digestive function.
- Fennel contributes to healthy digestion.
Recommended daily dosage: 1-3×1-2 capsules daily, taken immediately before main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), depending on body weight and individual responses.
Do not consume more than the recommended amount! Keep out of reach of small children and store in a cool place. The dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Possible side effects: nausea and diarrhoea if taken without food * if you exceed the recommended amount * if you consume more than your body can tolerate.
The capsule takes effect in the intestine, not in the stomach, so consume the capsule whole only, do not break apart or cut it up, as the capsule contents without the intestinosolvent/enterosolvent capsule shell are not beneficial for stomach health.
The product should not be taken during acute gallbladder attacks and jaundice caused by bile duct obstruction, or during pregnancy. Depending on individual sensitivity, mild diarrhoea and nausea may occur in the first few days. In case of persistent diarrhoea or nausea, reduce the dose or ultimately discontinue use. Not recommended for use with other bile-affecting products. Consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended before using the product.

Product comparison information: GALLMET-Mix and GALLMET-Natural digestive supplements contain similar amounts of bile acids, but GALLMET-Mix also contains herbs. The herbs complement the bile acids, but some people may have an adverse reaction to the herbs. For those sensitive to the herbs in GALLMET-Mix, we recommend GALLMET-Natural. It is recommended to use one product for 2-4 weeks, then try the other and continue with the one that produces better effects or sensations. The two products may have different efficacies depending on individual condition, sensitivity and response, which cannot be accurately determined in advance, but both products have similar digestive effects.

It contributes to cardiovascular health, maintaining normal levels of homocysteine, cholesterol and blood sugar. Betaine-based food supplement capsules with B vitamins and chromium.

Ingredients: betaine (trimethylglycine); capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Terminalia chebula fruit peel extract; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); folate (vitamin B9) (calcium L-methylfolate); chromium picolinate.
- Betaine, vitamin B9 (folate), vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 contribute to normal homocysteine amino acid metabolism.
- Betaine contributes to the maintenance of a healthy heart by its ability to promote healthy homocysteine levels, thereby contributing to the normal functioning of the heart and the vascular system.
- Vitamin B9 (folate), vitamins B6 and B12 reduce elevated homocysteine levels.
- Supplementing with vitamins B6 and B12 can reduce blood levels of the amino acid homocysteine, which can maintain heart and circulatory health.
- Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) helps maintain normal blood levels of homocysteine.
- Terminalia chebula (Haritaki, black- or chebulic myrobalan) fruit peel extract is involved in maintaining cardiovascular health and has a role in maintaining normal blood sugar levels. - Chromium is important for blood sugar levels, blood sugar tolerance, insulin function, normal carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. Chromium is part of the enzymes required for carbohydrate and fat metabolism, promotes carbohydrate and fat metabolism, helping to maintain body weight.
In addition to the individual effects of the ingredients, their combined effect is also important.
Recommended daily consumption: A minimum intake of 1.5 g of betaine, i.e. 3 capsules, is required to achieve the beneficial effect. After meals: 3 x 1 or 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!
The product can basically be taken continuously, but can also be taken as a course of treatment. Blood tests should also include a check for adequate homocysteine levels, which is one of the most important indicators of the product's effectiveness. The favourable changes in cholesterol and blood sugar levels induced by the product are also important indicators in the blood test results.
Warning: A daily intake of more than 4 g of BETAINE (which is 8 capsules) has a negative impact on health! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of 3 capsules per day! The product is not recommended for children under 18 years of age or for people sensitive to any of its ingredients. Vitamin B6 may cause urine to turn yellow, but this is completely harmless. Do not take GALLMET Heart Plus with any other product containing betaine (trimethylglycine, TMG), chromium, Terminalia chebula, vitamin B6, B9 or B12!
Store the product out of the reach of small children in a cool place (below 25°C). The food supplement is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
