Enterosolvent food supplement capsules containing natural bile acids and herbs to support digestion and bile function.

Ingredients: dried bovine bile (ox bile); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; herbal extracts: peppermint leaf, white horehound, marshmallow root, liquorice, fennel; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; capsule shell: gellan gum.
- Peppermint contributes to the healthy functioning of the intestinal tract and stomach, supporting the intestinal microflora.
- White horehound helps to relax the intestinal tract, contributes to healthy digestion and normal functioning of the liver and bile.
- Licorice supports healthy digestive function.
- Fennel contributes to healthy digestion.
Recommended daily dosage: 1-3×1-2 capsules daily, taken immediately before main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), depending on body weight and individual responses.
Do not consume more than the recommended amount! Keep out of reach of small children and store in a cool place. The dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Possible side effects: nausea and diarrhoea if taken without food * if you exceed the recommended amount * if you consume more than your body can tolerate.
The capsule takes effect in the intestine, not in the stomach, so consume the capsule whole only, do not break apart or cut it up, as the capsule contents without the intestinosolvent/enterosolvent capsule shell are not beneficial for stomach health.
The product should not be taken during acute gallbladder attacks and jaundice caused by bile duct obstruction, or during pregnancy. Depending on individual sensitivity, mild diarrhoea and nausea may occur in the first few days. In case of persistent diarrhoea or nausea, reduce the dose or ultimately discontinue use. Not recommended for use with other bile-affecting products. Consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended before using the product.

Product comparison information: GALLMET-Mix and GALLMET-Natural digestive supplements contain similar amounts of bile acids, but GALLMET-Mix also contains herbs. The herbs complement the bile acids, but some people may have an adverse reaction to the herbs. For those sensitive to the herbs in GALLMET-Mix, we recommend GALLMET-Natural. It is recommended to use one product for 2-4 weeks, then try the other and continue with the one that produces better effects or sensations. The two products may have different efficacies depending on individual condition, sensitivity and response, which cannot be accurately determined in advance, but both products have similar digestive effects.
