Chromium is important for blood sugar levels, blood sugar tolerance, insulin function, normal carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. Chromium is part of the enzymes required for carbohydrate and fat metabolism, promotes carbohydrate and fat metabolism, helping to maintain body weight.

In addition to the individual effects of the ingredients, their combined effect is also important.

Recommended daily consumption: A minimum intake of 1.5 g of betaine, i.e. 3 capsules, is required to achieve the beneficial effect. After meals: 3 x 1 or 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!

The product can basically be taken continuously, but can also be taken as a course of treatment. Blood tests should also include a check for adequate homocysteine levels, which is one of the most important indicators of the product's effectiveness. The favourable changes in cholesterol and blood sugar levels induced by the product are also important indicators in the blood test results.

Warning: A daily intake of more than 4 g of BETAINE (which is 8 capsules) has a negative impact on health! Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of 3 capsules per day! The product is not recommended for children under 18 years of age or for people sensitive to any of its ingredients. Vitamin B6 may cause urine to turn yellow, but this is completely harmless. Do not take GALLMET Heart Plus with any other product containing betaine (trimethylglycine, TMG), chromium, Terminalia chebula, vitamin B6, B9 or B12!
