Bile stone dissolving: so-called soft cholesterol stones up to 15 mm can be dissolved by consuming bile acids.

Aid digestion: one of the most important functions of bile acids is to break down fats: they break down oil and fat into small particles. It also activates lipase, a fat-breaking enzyme that speeds up the breakdown and absorption of fats and oils in the body.
